Illusions of a revolving door: plays, teatro
MANOLO: (Stops reading newspaper, looks at Adela) He has to be committed! There is absolutely no question about it! He is mentally ill and is driving everybody crazy around here; Violeta just answered the telephone even though she never heard it ringing, and had a conversation with somebody who did not call up.
VIOLETA: (Eyes moving towards Manolo) There is nothing wrong with me! I know the telephone did not ring, I just felt like fantasizing, there is nothing unusual about that.
MANOLO: That is how Vitico started: fantasizing he could fix the record player, and now he is completely out of his mind.
ADELA: (Puts newspaper down, stands up) Manolo, for the 365th time, there is nothing wrong with Vitico. He will come out of the tent when the record player plays again.
